Financial Analyst – Raytheon Careers Chula Vista

Job Description:

The candidate will work with all levels of management across all functions within the business (finance, engineering, contracts, deployment, and program office).  The program financial analyst positions at Raytheon involve a unique blend of financial analysis and project management skills. The individual will work on process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all financial aspects of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Program cost and schedule financial analysis, budgeting and estimating
• Assist with monthly financial forecasting (Bookings, Sales, Profit, & Cash)
• Assist with weekly financial reporting, 5-year strategic plan (5YP), and annual operating plan (AOP)
• Perform Ad-hoc financial and variance analysis upon request
• Be an active member of Finance team; seek ways to optimize and share best practices across the program segments

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar discipline by Dec 2022 or May 2023
• This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
